As part of our new 'No Gym, No Problem' YouTube series, Ohlsen pieced together a three-move workout that only needs one dumbbell and enough space to burpee in. You'll be working for 12 minutes, but set aside half an hour to bookend the workout with a warm-up and a cooldown, too.

In the video, above, Ohlsen will walk you through every aspect of the workout, including the bodyweight alternatives to each move if you don't have a dumbbell to hand. You'll be working in an AMRAP — as many rounds as possible — format, working through the circuit as many times as you can before the clock hits zero. Here's what to expect and a guide to each exercise:

With a dumbbell:

4 alternative dumbbell devil's press

- Holding a dumbbell by your side, drop down into a press-up position and perform a burpee.

- As you begin to stand up from the burpee, use the momentum to swing the dumbbell between your legs explosively, then up directly overhead.

- Lower the weight under control and repeat with the opposite arm.

8 dumbbell hang clean and jerks

- Hold a dumbbell in line with your shoulder with palm facing inward. Bend your knees and drop your body whilst extending your arm above you to raise the dumbbell.

- Keeping your arm straight, return to a standing position. Lower the weight before repeating the movement.

16 sit-ups

- Lie down on the floor with your knees bent. Tense your core as you lift your torso up so your upper body forms a V shape with your thighs.

- Lower under control back to the start position.

Without a dumbbell:

4 burpees

- From a standing position squat down until your thighs are parallel to the floor and place your palms on the floor.

- From there kick your feet back as far as you can while keeping your arms extended.

- As soon as your feet land jump them back in towards your hands, then jump up into the air. Land and immediately squat down to go into the next rep.

8 air squats

- Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Start the movement by bending your knees and sitting back with your hips.

- Go down as far as you can and quickly reverse the motion back to the starting position.

- Keep your head up and back straight throughout the move.

16 sit-ups

- Lie down on the floor with your knees bent. Tense your core as you lift your torso up so your upper body forms a V shape with your thighs.

- Lower under control back to the start position.
