Shoppers baffled by mum ’s ‘off meat’ purchase. A fierce debate over what refunds Aussie shoppers are entitled to has been sparked after a family dinner was ruined by “foul meat”. Another person, who works as a sales assistant in a supermarket , told the group it was “always handy to have a receipt or barcode” as it made the staff’s jobs easier. “We sometimes require packaging because people just go through the bins and get receipts to get money back for things that they never bought,” the person said.

Australian mums have taken to Facebook after failing to find one of their favourite cleaning products at the supermarket.

A mum posted a picture of her last can of Preen Vanish stain remover online asking if she had 'missed' an announcement about the product being discontinues.

'Do they not sell this can of gold anywhere anymore? What have I missed?? Been looking for weeks and haven’t seen it in Woolies or Coles,' she said.

And it appears she wasn't the only person missing the product.

Some women tried to direct her towards the plastic bottle by the same brand but she was adamant it 'doesn't work the same'.

The Aussie boutique shared a picture of the skimpy swimwear on Facebook yesterday - and it's already racked up more than 1,300 baffled comments. Bemused mums wrote: "Omg this is stunning! I’m buying one right after my surgery to remove my vagina". While others joked: "This would disappear into most women faster than a vodka soda". And another woman commented: "Her clitoris wins the bird box challenge."

Mum -of-two Alison Boyd, 49, spotted this bizarre spectacle near Babbs Mill Lake in Solihull yesterday afternoonCredit: BPM Media. She said a group of people chanted and cheered as the woman was submerged. Alison said the woman, dressed all in white, then climbed back up the bank while the man addressed "People are risking their lives to save others. We need to adhere to the guidelines." Health Secretary Matt Hancock backtracked yesterday after suggesting the government was ready to ban people from exercising outside their homes if they failed to obey rules to halt the spread of Covid-19.

'The aerosol spray seems to coat the stain better somehow,' she remarked.

One woman said her Woolworths and Coles always had the spray in stock - but when she checked online it was no longer an option.

But others had the same problem.

'I went to buy this the other day and couldn't find any wither,' one woman said.

'I miss it so much,' remarked another.

Another mum said she can tell if the item will be stocked by the retailers again, by scanning the barcode.

'If you have the can still you can download the Coles or Woolies app and scan the barcode, should tell you if it’s been discontinued,' she said.

One mum said she 'got heaps for $1' which could mean they were no longer being stocked by the supermarket giants.

But then two women came to the rescue - noting they found it at Foodworks and IGA after 'going on the hunt'.

'I have purchased cans today at Foodworks. Used to get it at Coles but unfortunately no longer available. The aerosol can treats stains so much better than the trigger spray bottle,' one of the women said.
