The specific rule: If you are under 25 and do not have at least three positive reviews on Airbnb, you are not allowed to book any houses in the vicinity of your place of residence.

If you can show three positive reviews and book outside of this radius, you don't have to expect any restrictions, emphasizes Airbnb. Hotel rooms and private apartments are also not affected by the measures.
