Alexander Skarsgard "lived vicariously" through Margot Robbie while filming 'The Legend of Tarzan'.

While the 39-year-old actor was on a strict diet and exercise regime for his titular role in the movie throughout the eight-month shoot, his Australian co-star was under no such restriction so he used to enjoy quizzing her about the meals she had eaten and the parties she'd been to away from the set.

He said: "From the first meeting, we had a very, very strong connection and she's so much fun. None of that Hollywood diva stuff.

"She likes to just hang out and go to a pub and drink beer - she's very adventurous.

Wales V Northern Ireland- NI Predicted XI

Wales V Northern Ireland- NI Predicted XI With the group stages all concluded, the round of 16 games can now begin. The first set of last 16 matches start today, including a big match between Wales and Northern Ireland at 5PM BST. Wales, who topped group B, face Northern Ireland, who finished 3rd in group C today as both of them aim to reach the quarter-finals. Whichever team makes it to the last eight, it will be a massive achievement. Michael O’Neill’s Northern Ireland would be a particular surprise name in the last eight, given their massive underdog status at the tournament. It was a monumental moment when Northern Ireland qualified from their group, which will be surpassed if they are able to beat Wales today The Irish fans have been a credit to the European Championships so far with their amazing supports, so it would be fantastic to see them rewarded with their team pushing on in the tournament. So, here is the XI I expect to see against Wales today.

"And since I was on a strict training and diet regimen - no alcohol, no dessert, nothing - every Monday, I'd see her on set and ask, 'All right Margot, what happened this weekend? What did you do? What did you eat?'

"She'd say, 'Are you sure you want me to tell you?' And I'd be like, 'You have no idea. - I want to know.' So I lived vicariously through her for eight months."

Alexander is hopeful his on-screen chemistry with Margot, who plays his love interest Jane, will prove very effective in the finished film.

He told heat magazine: "Margot and I didn't have much time to establish that connection, but it was quite easy.

"Margot is so lovely and so charming that it doesn't take long for the audience to fall in love with her, so hopefully they'll be rooting for us to be together."

And the hunky star - who is dating Alexa Chung - also enjoyed teaming up with Samuel L. Jackson for the shoot.

He said: "It's just such a treat to work with actors who are not only so incredibly talented, but just decent human beings. It was incredible.

"Sam is so much fun. No ego at all. Just super-chill, super-fun, really hard working, but very humble."

Leroy Sane Q&A with Read Bundesliga's Tim Lumb .
Manchester City have landed another one of their top summer targets, as Leroy Sane has finally signed from Schalke and takes the No.19 shirt. We got the lowdown on City’s latest addition, quizzing Read Bundesliga’sTim Lumb on the German youngster. For those who don’t know much about him, please could you describe a few Sane’s main attributes. He is fast, and he shows confidence when trying to push forward and through the opponent’s defence. He also isn’t too scared to help defensively, his average of 1.8 tackles per game according to Whoscored was the sixth highest for Schalke last season. £30m+ is a sizeable fee for such a young player, do you think Sane is worth it? I feel that he is worth it, but you have to look at the prices that other young stars have cost in the last year. Renato Sanches cost Bayern Munich around £29.6 million at a minimum this summer, and Antony Martial cost Man United around £36 million last year. Compared to what we are seeing, it is becoming a normal fee for very talented teenagers. If you could liken Sane to another player in world football that doesn’t play for City, who would it be? I think he has similarities to Bayern Munich’s Arjen Robben, in that they are both wingers, fearless at going forward, can score but also know when to give it to someone in a better position. How long do you think that it will take Sane to adapt to the Premier League? It may take a bit of time, but I think it depends on how he is used by Guardiola.
