The Return of ' Allo ' Allo ! is a one-off special episode of the sitcom ' Allo ' Allo ! The Return of ' Allo ' Allo ! was filmed in Manchester on 22 March 2007, and was broadcast on BBC2 on 28 April 2007 at 9pm. The storyline involves René writing his memoirs after the war.

Vicki Michelle has told fans to "watch this space" about a possible 'Allo, Allo' comeback.

The 68-year-old actress claims there has "been a film suggested", and admitted she still has a script which was "loosely based on lots of episodes".

Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, she said: "It would be interesting to do a TV show. There's quite a few of us still alive and we've all got to a certain age but we do all look good. You could get away with it.

"There's been a film suggested - I've still got the script someone wrote which was loosely based on lots of episodes.

The new episode, which will reunite the original cast, is being recorded in Manchester on 22 March and is due to be screened later in the spring. Vicki, who played waitress Yvette Carte-Blanche, is meeting up with the cast next month for the unveiling of a blue plaque at Lynford Hall, Norfolk, where some scenes were shot.

The actress said: "I bet, when I talk to the others, they will say they have been approached about doing it."

However, Vicki believes comedy is too "PC" nowadays and she wants to bring the genre back to its roots.

The fifth series of the British sitcom series ' Allo ' Allo ! contains twenty-six episodes which first aired between 3 September 1988 and 25 February 1989. Series 5 is longer than any of the other series, and contains almost a third of the total number of episodes.
