  Samira Ahmed Questions Why She Was Paid Less Than Jeremy Vine Ahead Of BBC Tribunal The BBC’s Samira Ahmed has claimed she faces a “600% pay gap” compared to Jeremy Vine as she takes the broadcaster to court over claims of unequal pay. The presenter’s case will focus on her contracts on the BBC News channel programme Newswatch, which she has presented since 2012, when she appears before an employment tribunal on Monday.

Jeremy Vine's 'Quizmaster' show will see contestants from the likes of 'The Chase' and 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire' go head-to-head.

The 54-year-old presenter will host the new style quiz show which will see the biggest brains in the country - who have previously appeared on other game shows, including 'University Challenge', 'Fifteen to One' and 'Mastermind' - put to the test to discover who is the cleverest.

The streamer is getting into the holiday spirit with the additions of the original Christmas movies Holiday in the Wild, Let It Snow, Klaus, The Knight Before Christmas and Holiday Rush. The second seasons of The Great British Baking Show: Holidays and Nailed It! Holiday! will also help viewers celebrate the upcoming holiday season, while the new series Merry Happy Whatever will debut on Nov. 28. Awards hopeful The Irishman will be added to the streamer in November, while other original films include The King, The Man Without Gravity, Paradise Beach, Earthquake Bird, House Arrest and Atlantics. Additionally, new seasons of The Crown, Queer Eye, Atypical and The End of the F****ing World, among other shows, will be added during the month. Other movies that will appear on the streamer next month include Step Brothers, Grease, the Matrix trilogy, Rosemary's Baby and Zombieland. According to Deadline.com, if the Christmas special proves to be a hit, more episodes could air in the future.

The in-demand host started hosting his own titular Channel 5 show 'Jeremy Vine' - formerly known as 'The Wright Stuff' - in 2018, which he juggles with his other work commitments, including his news-based Radio 2 show, which airs weekdays at lunchtime.
