Michael Skibbe will probably leave BVB shortly. According to a report by RuhrNachrichten , the trainer is about to be kicked out - the relationship of trust between the club and the 54-year-old is said to be damaged.
It was only at the beginning of the month that BVB announced that Michael Skibbe would take over the U23 of the black and yellow as chief coach for the coming season and exchange the post with Mike Tullberg (who in turn will take over Skibbe's job at the U19).
But now it looks like Skibbe will not be working for Borussia Dortmund in the next season. Thereport that the relationship of trust on the part of the club has been broken because Skibbe has concealed a serious crime from his brother-in-law from BVB. Skibbe's brother-in-law was sentenced to eight and a half years in prison for rape, but the 54-year-old did not consider it necessary to notify Dortmund.
The situation around Skibbe hit the"completely unprepared", which is why further cooperation is hardly conceivable.
