“It's really hard as they don't show allergens so I usually just chose the vegan dishes for ease but I really think I could have been given butter. I called and they assured me that it was vegan butter but,” and then added an emoji of a person shrugging.

The following day, former The Only Way Is Essex star Lucy posted another photo of her baby son’s belly and appealed to followers for more health advice.
Writing on top of the image, Lucy hinted that she had further questions about her son’s condition as she said: “For everyone kindly asking, no we don’t know what they are yet.
“Chicken pox? Allegory reaction? Heat rash?
“We aren’t sure we are are just keeping a close eye on him.” [sic]
Lucy hinted she feels her son could be teething as she said: “I do know his gums are really bothering him. He can only get to sleep with his whole hand in his mouth!
“And the back arching & knees to tummy is still happening constantly,” followed by a sad face emoji.
