TV presenter and star of BBC's The Repair Shop Will Kirk has proven to be a huge hit with fans since joining the programme in 2017, but he's not only loved for his on-screen work. Will, who has racked up over 50,000 followers on social media since appearing on the show, often posts update of his work away from the shop and wows his fans in the process.

On Thursday, the restoration expert posted a series of photos highlighting his other passion, nature, and how he recently decided to build a hedgehog house, much to the delight of his followers.

Will wrote in the caption: "One of the many things I love about filming in the British countryside is being surrounded by nature. As a huge fan of hedgehogs, I decided to build a hedgehog house. Hedgehogs hibernate between November and mid March, so in preparation I thought I'd make a snug space for the little locals."

Will has gained quite the fanbase

As well as gaining fans from viewers, it seems that Will has gained a well-known fan thanks to his time on the show, Lorraine Kelly! The TV presenter revealed that she was very emotional when the team fixed a rocking horse that was made by the guest's late husband.

She said: "You restore people's treasures. There's not one episode I haven't cried at! Do you remember when you repaired the rocking horse and you found the signature of the lady's late husband under the saddle, oh that was so lovely. All of you really care so much.

"The work you put into these objects, sometimes they come in and you think it's ready for the dustbin, then you sort it out."
