Line Of Duty: Kelly Macdonald shares a joke with co-stars on set
Kelly Macdonald has been busy shooting scenes for Line Of Duty's sixth season following a return to work amid the coronavirus pandemic. And she was spotted on location in Belfast on Tuesday as Detective Chief Inspector Joanne Davidson, sharing a joke with her co-stars between takes.Joined on set by fellow copper Perry Fitzpatrick, Kelly was decked out in police garb and larking around with a telescope-type contraption.
They've been hard at work filming the much-anticipated sixth series after production was delayed by COVID-19.
But Line Of Duty's Vicky McClure and Martin Compston risked the fury of Superintendent Hastings on Wednesday as they enjoyed some downtime in his office in hilarious on-set snaps.
In snaps shared by series creator Jed Mercurio, the duo messed around by popping their feet up on the coffee table and posing by Hastings' desk between scenes.
Jed shared the collection of snaps from the set as the cast prepared to shoot a scene in the middle of the AC-12 office.

Martin was decked out on his signature waistcoat to play Detective Sergeant Steve Arnott, and appeared to be in the midst of a tense explanation.
But once the scene was wrapped both he and Vicky (Detective Inspector Kate Fleming) enjoyed a spot of downtime in Hastings' (played by Adrian Dunbar) office, laughing as they posed by 'the gaffer's' desk.
Jed captioned the snaps: 'When the cat's away... they wouldn't dare if the Gaffer was in.'

The actress, 44, is set to portray the senior investigating officer in an unsolved murder case in the new season, and the BBC revealed filming finished on the drama on Monday.And to celebrate the good news a first look at Kelly Macdonald's guest character Detective Chief Inspector Joanne Davidson was also revealed by the channel.
The crew were careful to adhere to COVID-19 guidelines as they were seen wearing face masks.
Earlier this month, Line Of Duty fans claimed to have pointed out a 'huge spoiler' after show creator Jed shared a snap from filming.
The writer took to Twitter to share a collection of photos of DS Steve Arnott, Ted Hastings and DI Kate Fleming, as they playfully posed on set.
Yet eagle-eyed fans were quick to point out that DS Steve Arnott had lost his 'sergeant stripes' from his uniform as they questioned whether he had been demoted or was going undercover.
Elsewhere other fans came up with another bizarre theory as they noted Ted Hastings was stood in front of a piece of graffiti which had the letter H.
