Gogglebox co-creator Tania Alexander has exited production company Studio Lambert mid-way through the current series of the show.

Studio Lambert deputy creative director Mike Cotton is now set to oversee the remainder of the current Gogglebox series on Channel 4, alongside show executive producer Leon Campbell.
Alexander co-created Gogglebox with Stephen Lambert in 2013, from which it has gone on to become a staple of Friday night TV and win numerous awards.
The current series of the show is being filmed in accordance with current government restrictions, and has taken measures such as rigging cameras in the homes of cast members to prevent contact with crew.

The show 's creator Tania Alexander has been giving updates and a behind-the-scenes look at how the show is being put together. She explained that Gogglebox was now working in a "completely different way " in order for it to be kept on screens on Friday nights.
"Who is this? Wow ... anybody recognise this gorgeous lovely woman?" the caption read, which led to an outpouring of love from fans.
