I ' m a Celebrity 's 2020 series has officially arrived, looking a little different to previous years, we should add. At the beginning of August, it was confirmed that the much-loved show would be welcoming a change of scenery for series 20, swapping out the Australian jungle for the UK countryside. Yes, really.
© ITV I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here 2020 final will take place on Friday, December 4 at 9pm on ITV, with the first King or Queen of the Castle to be crowned. I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! made its triumphant return earlier this month, adapting to the immense challenges that 2020 has brought by relocating the show from its usual Australian jungle setting to Gwrych Castle in North Wales.
The latest series of the ITV reality show began on November 15, introducing us to a new batch of celebrities ready to abseil down cliffs and cover themselves in bugs and fish guts.
It's been a wild ride already, taking in everything from pot washing rows to awkward accidental insults, but unfortunately the series must come to an end at some point – and it's actually happening sooner than you might think.

But the good news is that this year's final will be a bumper show, running for one hour and 35 minutes, with hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly due to crown the champion towards the end of the show.

© Kieron McCarron - ITV I'm a Celebrity 2020 - Ant and Dec The show has recently denied claims that insects used for its trials this year could escape into the Welsh countryside, after TV presenter and naturalist Iolo Williams suggested that the bugs could damage the surrounding ecosystem if any got loose.
An ITV spokesperson issued a response stating that the bugs are "only ever released in a contained area and collected immediately after filming", adding that all insects used are non-invasive species.
They also said that the critters had been "purchased commercially within the UK and are normally bred as animal food".
I'm a Celebrity continues every night on ITV at 9pm, and The Daily Drop with Vick Hope continues at 5.30pm on ITV2.
