And Coco Rocha was keeping her followers up to speed with her newborn journey as she brought daughter Iley home from hospital alongside her husband James Conran.

The model, 32, documented their journey home and shared adorable videos and snaps showing her daughter Ioni and son Iver meeting their sister for the first time, and revealed the duo are 'obsessed' with the baby.

Coco Rocha welcomed her first child with husband James Conran. The 26-year-old announced the birth of her baby girl on Twitter with a series of proud photos of the newest addition to her family. The supermodel also revealed the name of her daughter , which is said to mean 'island'.

James shared a snap while cradling his daughter and added the caption: 'Baby Iley, at one hour old. So proud of her strong mama for delivering her to us and thankful to have another baby girl to love for the rest of my life.'

The day before welcoming the tot, Coco, who announced she was expecting in August, shared before and after photos of herself taken at the beginning and the end of this year as she posed in a hospital gown.

In a clip uploaded  to her Instagram, Coco shared snaps of herself taken from a photoshoot earlier this year where she wore a leopard print dress.

These were followed up by two shots of her in hospital, in one of which she appeared to mimic one of her photoshoot poses from earlier this year.

Coco revealed that they discovered she was pregnant with their third child just before the coronavirus lockdown was announced.

Although Coca admitted she has been feeling 'really good' throughout the pregnancy and is glad to have her family around, she revealed she was missing James attend appointments and scans with her.

She said: 'The only hardship is that you can't bring daddy in. We get to FaceTime and I know I've seen some other celebrities kind of showing how that's worked for them.

'It is a very different scenario, but I do appreciate everyone taking it so seriously. And the doctors have been awesome.'
