Entertainment Vicky Pattison says she regrets losing Charlotte Crosby as friend after pair haven't spoken in six years

Former Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison has opened up on her regret at losing co-star Charlotte Crosby as a friend.

The duo became friend when they joined the cast of the hit MTV show back in 2011, and for many years they were by each others side on the road to fame.

However, recently Charlotte, 30, revealed, during a Instagram Q and A session, that the pair had not spoken in years.

She said: "I wouldn’t exactly say we aren't friends. Because none of us fell out. It’s one of those things where she left the show and went on her own path.

It's no secret Vicky Pattison and her former Geordie Shore co-star Charlotte Crosby are no longer close and Charlotte claimed recently that they don' t even talk. And during an Australia radio interview on Wednesday, Vicky revealed the reason why their once-close friendship has cooled.

Later she meets up with her friend Ferne McCann at a Body Confidence event they were both speaking at. A clip of The Break Up shows Vicky admitting she hated her former fiance for cheating on her . Vicky Pattison : The Break Up premieres on Wednesday at 10pm exclusively on TLC.

"She didn’t really stay in touch with any of us. But equally we probs didn’t stay in touch either.

"Nobody's fault really. But she made no secret that she has no fond memories from the show.

"And didn’t really have many nice things to say about it on departure. Which I think made us kinda second guess if she even wanted to be associated with us."

However, now Vicky, 33, has revealed that she does regret not having tried to keep their friendship going.

She told The Sun: "It couldn’t be fairer, I have moved away from all of that and we don’t keep in touch like we should.

"Often when you leave jobs you don’t always manage to keep in touch with everybody. Your life goes in different directions.

"Barry from accounts might have seemed super cool at the time, but five days later you’re not always checking in on Barry. It’s a natural progression.

"But fair play, I hope the cast are all doing really good, and maybe I should have stayed in touch better, but I’ve gone in a different direction. I do wish them all the best."

Since leaving Geordie Shore, Vicky has been very successful, having won I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! and appeared on a whole host of other TV shows.

Meanwhile, Charlotte has had similar success, winning Celebrity Big Brother, as well as having her own reality series The Charlotte Show.
