Sarah Harding has given fans an update on her "tough" battle with breast cancer.

The 39 year old, who announced last August the devastating news that she was diagnosed with advanced cancer, took to her Instagram feed to tell her 235,000 followers about an autobiography she's been working on during her treatment.

The star posted two snaps on her social media feed, one of her as a child sleeping on a couch and another of the front cover her book, revealing the title to be Hear Me Out.

Sarah Harding has shared a heartbreaking health update with her fans. The Girls Aloud singer took to social media on Wednesday, Aug. 26, to reveal that she was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year. "Hi everyone, I hope you are all keeping safe and well during these uncertain times.

In the caption, the Girls Aloud star insisted she's being brave and is fighting as hard as she can to beat the cancer after thanking fans for their well wishes.

Sarah, whose pal Michelle Heaton recently said the singer is a "strong girl", continued: "I can’t deny that things are tough right now but I’m fighting as hard as I possibly can and being as brave as I know how."

It comes after it was recently reported that Sarah moved in with her mum to give herself the best chance of beating cancer.

The star is said to have moved back home to Manchester with her mum, Marie Hardman, so she can care for her as she undergoes "intensive" treatment.

A source said: "Sarah has been supported by her friends and family throughout everything but her mum Marie has been her absolute rock.

"After learning she had cancer Sarah moved back to Marie's home in Manchester so she could start treatment with her mum caring for her.

"Sarah is undergoing intensive treatment and is holding up well. Being with her mum is the best place for her," the insider continued to tell The Sun Online.
