Warren Fox has betrayed Felix Westwood and Grace Black in Hollyoaks.

This week has seen Fergus Collins (Robert Beck) manipulate Grace (Tamara Wall) into signing over a majority stake in the club, after orchestrating the 'accident' that injured Darren.

In Tuesday's first-look episode, Felix (Richard Blackwood) enlisted Fergus's henchman Warren (Jamie Lomas) in a plan to help him win The Loft back for Grace.

However, Warren started to doubt his position in the village when he realised he couldn't even help girlfriend Maxine pay for Minnie's private school.

"There was a time when I was the man about this place. If I said I was gonna help you out, you knew I was going to help you out," he recalled.

Warren went to confront Fergus at The Loft, only for his manipulative boss to turn the tables by offering him a job as the new manager of the club.

"Climbing the walls to install carbon monoxide monitors in my properties is beneath you, but running this club? Well, this is your home, isn't it?" Fergus teased. "No one knows better than you what a little goldmine this place can be."

Later, as Felix and Grace tried to plot their next move, Warren showed up to announce that he'd accepted the job as manager of The Loft and would be demoting Grace to bartender.

When Felix warned that Fergus was only using his friend, Warren insisted: "Fergus isn't using me, he just sees my worth."

At the same time, Fergus was watching the entire conversation on his secret cameras while henchman Timmy wired the ladies' bathroom for additional cameras.

"Warren? He thinks he's in charge, but he ain't got a scooby," Fergus revealed to Timmy.

How big of a mistake has Warren made turning on his friends?
