Greg, played by the inimitable Nicholas Braun, has slowly achieved power While series two left us with a cliffhanger that we’re still processing now - “blood sacrifice” Kendall throwing his dad Logan spectacularly under the bus in a press conference - it’s also given us plenty of time (two years, not that anyone’s counting) to speculate on what wheelings and dealings may occur in the new series. The internet, as usual, has a lot of thoughts. But the most prevailing theory is that this is to be the year of Greg.

Logan Roy actor Brian Cox has discussed the jaw-dropping betrayal inseason 2's final episode.
The drama unfolds with Kendall Roy (played by Jeremy Strong) stabbing a knife in his ruthless media mogul father's back, by announcing to the press his immediate resignation from the family-run Waystar Royco.
"This is the day his reign ends," states Kendall, proving to his dad Logan that he does hold a killer instinct after all.

Chatting to, Cox was quizzed on his initial reaction to that moment.
"It made total sense to me. It seemed to be totally logical and right. [Creator] Jesse Armstrong is a genius, and I think that's what comes across so brilliantly in the writing and the depth of the writing," he commented.

"The thing about this show is that it has depth and it has mystery, and that's what sustains it. I love that it keeps the audience guessing."
The Scottish star – whose CV also boasts The Bourne Supremacy, Deadwood and– weighed in on his character's subtle smirk as Kendall's betrayal plays out on the TV.

Did they originally shoot this in a number of ways?
"We all agreed on the one way," Cox revealed. "Before that, Roman [Kieran Culkin] comes in and Logan puts his finger over his mouth because he wants to see what his son does in this spotlight.
"This is s**t or bust for Kendall. And he s**ts, big time! In a way, he's very pleased. It's a whole new chapter, but at least we know where we stand now: I have a killer!"
Succession airs on HBO in the US and NOWTV in the UK.
