The northwestern regional capital, one of the two English-speaking regions, is shaken by a serious safe crisis for 5 years. Joseph Dion Ngute did not leave Bamenda. The one who is called "Apostles of Peace" intends to pursue his field evaluation mission of the resolutions of the Great National Dialogue, initiated two years ago by President Paul Biya, to try to resolve the crisis in the northern regions -On and southwestern Anglophones.
