Holly Willoughby has reportedly secured her place on This Morning for the next two years after signing a brand new contract.

The presenter, 40, who joined the ITV daytime show in 2009 after taking over from Fern Britton, is said to be firmly 'staying put' after having signed a rolling contract until at least the end of 2023.

Holly's confirmed fixture alongside co-host Phillip Schofield, 59, comes just weeks after fans called for Josie Gibson to permanently replace her after she filled in for her earlier this month.

A source said: 'It seems like everybody wants that gig but Holly is very much secured for the next two years on a rolling contract.'

The alleged contract means that at the end of her current deal, the mum-of-three would have been anchor on the programme for 14 years.

In May, Holly was reportedly in crisis talks with ITV over her future on This Morning.

The TV star was embroiled in a legal row with her old agency YMU, which meant they could take a cut of her future earnings, despite her severing ties with them last year.

It was claimed that Holly told ITV Daytime that she would rather step down from This Morning than allow her former management - who she was with for 13 years - to take £200,000 from her new contract.
