It is with a sad heart to say Linda passed away peacefully on July 20 in hospital after a short, but quick illness. A faithful servant of St Cuthbert's Church, Billingham, Linda dedicated her life to the Church and the community and will be greatly missed by all those whose lives were touched by her. Linda will be missed by her beloved husband Gil, daughter Dawne Louise, son-in-law Martyn, and granddaughter Eden Rose. Brother Trev, sister-in-law Jackie, nieces Susan, Joanne, Laura and Jonathan (Father David). Great nieces Elsa and Thea. Great nephews Michael and Theodore James, Andy and Zak who Linda welcomed into their family as husbands to Joanne and Laura.

A Celebration of Life Service is to be held on Monday, August 1 in St Cuthbert's Church, Billingham at 2.00 pm, followed by committal at Stranton Grange Crematorium, Hartlepool. The family extend their wishes for people to join them for afternoon tea in St Cuthbert's Hall from 12 noon and request bright colours to be worn.
