As ifwasn't enough to completely ruin our childhoods, Bambi: The Reckoning has been announced.
As reported by, ITN Studios and Jagged Edge Productions have teamed up to tackle the adorable deer that loses his mum to evil hunters. No plot details have been revealed as yet, but we can probably assume the film will deal with Bambi getting revenge on the people that murdered his mother.
The film will be directed by Scott Jeffrey, who has such films as Kingdom of the Dinosaurs, Exorcist Vengeance and Spider from the Attic on his CV, alongside Rhys Frake-Waterfield, director of the aforementioned Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey.

Jeffrey said: “The film will be an incredibly dark retelling of the 1928 story we all know and love. Finding inspiration from the design used in Netflix’s The Ritual, Bambi will be a vicious killing machine that lurks in the wilderness. Prepare for Bambi on rabies!”
While there is no release date as yet for Bambi: The Reckoning, the no-doubt traumatic film is slated to start filming in January 2023.
Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey, however, is set be released for one day only on February 15, 2023 in the US. A UK release date is yet to be announced.
Crown Princess Mary and Princess Josephine watch drag hunting event
Crown Princess Mary of Denmark was joined by her daughter Princess Josephine as they watched a horse race in Klampenborg on Sunday. The Hubertus Hunt is an annual cross-country horse race held on the first Sunday of November in Deer Park in Klampenborg, north of Copenhagen.
The film recently released its first glimpse at Winnie the Pooh's best friend, Christopher Robin, although Pooh and Piglet don't seem best pleased to see him this time.
"We used to be friends, why are you doing this? I would have never left, I swear," Christopher is seen pleading to Pooh and Piglet who have become feral and vicious after years of neglect.
With these happy scenes in Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey, we can't wait for Bambi: The Reckoning!

The Grinch horror movie The Mean One is a twisted festive offering .
Definitely not fun for all the family.Well, The Mean One is technically a horror parody of that grouchy creature, but you won't hear the name anywhere. The creature in the new movie certainly has a lot of Grinch features – namely the green design and, of course, the hatred of Christmas – but this is a totally unauthorised take on the character.
