What are the differences between cow's milk and goat's or sheep's milk?

Are goat's and sheep's milk products healthier?

These long-chain fatty acids also bind more easily to arteries already irritated by tobacco and alcohol, resulting in an increased risk of atherosclerosis. Finally, cow's milk contains more hormones and growth factors that may in some cases promote the development of diabetes and obesity. It is therefore not to be recommended. We are in fact genetically programmed to be pastoralists, not cowherds.

What form of dairy to choose?

Better to opt for plain yogurts and cheeses, in particular white cheeses with 20% fat. After childhood, drinking milk as it is is not recommended. Milk is often difficult to digest for adults.
