Green Bay sent Pack-ing by chill-resistant Vikings

Green Bay sent Pack-ing by chill-resistant Vikings The Green Bay Packers were frozen out by the Minnesota Vikings in a sub-zero 16-0 win at Lambeau Field. The Vikings opened up a 3-0 lead when Kai Forbath made a 49-yard field goal in the first, with Stefon Diggs connecting with a four-yard Case Keenum (14 out of 25 for 139 yards) pass eight minutes later. After a scoreless second period, Forbath made two more field goals - from 20 and 27 yards - as the Green Bay offence struggled to get anything going, Brett Huntley finishing with 17 out of 40 for 130 yards and two interceptions.

Already leading by five strokes, Johnson banged his driver on the par 4, and it ended up within three inches of the cup. A near ace on a 433 - yard par 4. I’m actually kinda mad Dustin isn’t tapping this in with his driver.

On the 433 - yard , par-4, he drove the ball 432.9 yards and was about three inches from dropping it in for an albatross. DJ after nearly making an ace on a par 4. pic.twitter.com/1Uu5vKDFmA.

Dustin Johnson produced an early contender for the best drive of 2018 as he came within six inches of making a hole-in-one albatross.

The world No 1 was already running away with the Sentry Tournament of Champions title when he arrived on the 12th tee, and he was incredibly close to making one of the longest aces ever recorded.

Johnson knew his drive was well hit, but, as he picked his tee out out the ground, he would have had little idea that he would have been tapping in for eagle a few minutes later.

The 2013 champion almost hit the hole with his drive at the sixth in round three, but that was a mere 382 yards away and his effort at the 12th in the final round was a full 50 yards longer.

Johnson's ball flirted with the fairway bunkers on the left, but it took a big bounce which took it directly towards the flag, hopping onto the green before pulling up just six inches short of the cup.

Liverpool Player Ratings: Swansea City (A) .
Liverpool’s 18 match unbeaten run came to an end to the Premier League’s bottom side as they lost 1-0 to Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium. The Reds went 1-0 down just before half-time in familiar fashion. Virgil van Dijk’s header from a Swansea corner took a kind bounce for the home side and Alfie Mawson was able to convert it. Liverpool were poor but still created a few very good chances but their usual deadly finishing deserted them when they needed it most. Just a week after beating the best side in the league, Liverpool lost to the worst. Here’s my ratings for the Liverpool players: Loris Karius – N/A Had no chance with the goal. Had nothing else to do. Joe Gomez – 4 His use of the ball was poor in the first half as he needlessly gave possession away with poor passes. Had a few wild strikes at goal when he probably had better options open to him. Joel Matip – 6 Did most of his best work when stepping out and joining the attack. His forward passing was pretty good too. Virgil van Dijk – 6 Nearly opened the scoring with a header that went inches wide. Won a lot of defensive headers and almost set a goal up with a lovely chipped ball to Mo Salah and another to Roberto Firmino. Andy Robertson – 5 Defended solidly enough when needed. Got forward with regularity but nothing really came from his attacks, although some of his crosses were good but not attacked well enough. Emre Can – 4 Captained the side but didn’t have his best game.
