As reported by the Daily Record, Celtic plan to wait until the summer before they make a final judgement on the 20-year-old.

Edouard is currently the talk of the Green and White parts of Glasgow after scoring the winning goal in the 3-2 win over Rangers last weekend.

According to the report, Celtic have the first refusal to sign the forward from Paris Saint-Germain for £7million, which means they are in no rush to make a decision.

£7million would make the Frenchman Celtic’s most expensive player ever, as John Hartson and Chris Sutton both hold the record in terms of Celtic’s most expensive purchases as the duo cost £6million each.

Brighton and Bournemouth ready to move for Scott Sinclair .
Bournemouth and Brighton are reportedly eyeing a summer move for Celtic winger Scott Sinclair. The Daily Mail claims that the two Premier League sides are ready to offer the player a return to the English top flight this summer. The player has fallen out of favour under Brendan Rodgers of late, despite having a standout season last year under the former the Liverpool boss. Sinclair was influential in Celtic’s treble and unbeaten domestic season but has started the last two games on the bench. With two years remaining on his contract at Celtic, the Hoops would be in-line to make a profit on the £3.5 million they paid Aston Villa for his services. Rodgers is reportedly set to shake up his attacking options next season. Not only is Sinclair being linked with a move away from the club, Patrick Roberts is also due to return to Manchester City after a second loan spell at the club. Sinclair’s exit could pave the way for Celtic to complete a deal Odsonne Edouard from Paris Saint-Germain.
