Joshua suggested that Parker's more precise style will pose a greater threat than Wilder, who defended his WBC belt with a knockout of Luis Ortiz this month, and gave a scathing assessment of the American when he appeared in front of the Sky Sports cameras on 'The Gloves Are Off.'

Wilder 'ready' for AJ after Ortiz KO

Wilder 'ready' for AJ after Ortiz KO Deontay Wilder has promised to to beat Anthony Joshua and unify the heavyweight division, following his 10th round knockout of Luis Ortiz. The 'Bronze Bomber' will join Sky Sports' punditry team for Joshua's fight against Joseph Park at the Principality Stadium, Cardiff, March 31, live on Sky Sports Box Office, after maintaining his unbeaten record on Sunday.Eddie Hearn revealed Joshua would be happy to fight the American if they are both successful in their world title fights, and Wilder, having held up his end of the bargain, has once again called out the Olympic gold medallist.

Deontay Wilder shows us his signature windmilling punches. Funny. kombat kaiser.

Asked to compare Parker with Wilder, he told Sky Sports: "More clinical. Wilder throws windmills.

"When he throws his shots with a left and a right, if the left don't hit you, the right catches you as you are moving in and knocks the majority of his opponents out."

Both champions are putting their perfect unbeaten records on the line, along with three major world titles, and Joshua has given credit to the 26-year-old Parker for pursuing the fight at this stage of his career.

"I can't sit here and talk as if I'm the hardest puncher, I'm the best athlete, and then go and fight Joe Bloggs that no-one has heard of, with 50 losses on his record," said Joshua.

"He took this challenge as an undefeated fighter and so did I. The respect is 50-50."

Parker was born in New Zealand, although his parents originally hail from Samoa, and Joshua has drawn comparisons with his own background.

Wilder's manager exposes Hearn's emails about Joshua clash

Wilder's manager exposes Hearn's emails about Joshua clash Shelly Finkel has exposed emails sent by Eddie Hearn regarding the set up of a fight between his fighter Deontay Wilder and Anthony Joshua, according to a report on the Daily Star. Wilder defeated fellow heavyweight Luis Ortiz in the 10th round on Saturday night and has publicly called out IBF and WBA champion Joshua again. The American believes that Hearn is avoiding him for as long as possible but insists that he remains ready to face Joshua whenever required. Wilder’s manager Finkel spoke at the press conference following Wilder’s victory and even brought printed emails that Hearn sent to him. When speaking about Hearn, Finkel said: “He said at the meeting, ‘I think we could do bigger business in Las Vegas because I could bring over 20,000 Brits who will spend more money just like they did for Ricky Hatton’.” “I said ‘fine, put the numbers together. We’re ready to make a deal’.” “I got a letter, and I will quote it from Eddie.” “‘I will get the respective profits and losses to you this week for discussion’, meaning what we would make in the UK versus what we would make in the US. All the best, Eddie’. That was November 29. I have never heard from him since.” “The bottom line is, if someone wants a fight, it gets made.” Joshua faces the biggest fight of his professional career against New Zealand heavyweight Joseph Parker at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on 31st March and Wilder has promised that he will be there to watch his main rival in action. If Joshua emerges as the winner from that bout, then there is only one more opponent standing in his way to unifying the heavyweight division and that is Wilder. The ‘Bronze Bomber’ is eager to get in the ring with Joshua as soon as possible but Hearn is carefully planning Joshua’s next fight, which is expected to be in America.

Boxing Extra presents Deontay Wilder 's windmill punching technique.

He said: "His upbringing, you know spiritual people, solid people, same as my family, spiritual, solid, born in Africa.

"Came here for a better future, so I know how that goes, and struggled, so I know how that goes.

"Worked hard, and that's why I see him as one of the lions in the jungle. There is a lot of underlying desire in myself and him as well, I'm sure, and that's why I see that lion in him.

"He wants to fight and get it on. He's a champion and no-one gets to this point for no reason."
