Real Madrid and Barcelona cool interest in Salah

Real Madrid and Barcelona cool interest in Salah According to the Daily Star, Spanish heavyweights Barcelona and Real Madrid have cooled their interest in Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah. A move to Barcelona had seemed more likely for the Egyptian but they have reportedly chosen to pursue Antoine Griezmann over him. This is massive news as Salah has reached astronomical levels this season in regards to his performances and if Liverpool were to sell him, it would spark outrage amongst supporters. The rumoured price for Salah’s services is around £200 million, which is considerably more than the £35 million Liverpool paid Roma in the summer. Griezmann apparently has a buy-out clause in his Atletico Madrid contract for £86 million, which is seemingly more appealing for Barcelona. Barcelona would simply not have enough money left to strengthen other areas if a deal for Salah would materialise, so the price is the main factor. Real Madrid have also called a halt in their pursuit for Salah as Los Blancos are not prepared to pay £200 million for Liverpool’s goal machine. Real had been linked ever since January but a deal in the summer now seems off.

The talk surrounding Hector Bellerin’s Arsenal future is growing ever more consistent in the media, with rumours speculating that Barcelona are stepping up their interest in the player. Bellerin has previously stated how he is more than happy at Arsenal

Arsenal are stepping up their interest in Barcelona youngster Robert Navarro, according to a report in The Mail.

The 15-year-old has been offered a contract with the Catalan giants, which he could sign when he turns 16, but Arsenal are hoping to poach him away, like they did with Cesc Fabregas in the early 2000’s.

Manchester City were also interested in Navarro but it appears like they have decided not to pursue a deal, meaning the teenager will now have a straight choice between the Gunners or Barcelona.

Navarro turns 16 on April 12th, so in two days time, he will be able to officially put pen to paper on a professional contract with a club, and the Gunners are hoping that he’ll choose them.

Manchester United star wants to complete summer transfer following Arsenal interest

Manchester United star wants to complete summer transfer following Arsenal interest Arsenal target Dean Henderson wants to leave Manchester United this summer in a search for regular first-team football, according to the Mirror. The report claims that the young goalkeeper wants to secure a permanent transfer after making the step up into senior football this season. Henderson has been impressing out on loan with promotion-chasing Shrewsbury, prompting Aston Villa, as well as Arsenal to take notice. Arsenal have been linked with the player for some time, however, Aston Villa could be in the best position to offer the player regular playing time next season. The 21-year-old does not want a return to youth-team football next season after making the step up in the Football League. With a permanent move for Sam Johnstone unlikely, Villa will be searching for a new shot-stopper this summer. United are likely to make a last-ditch offer to keep Henderson at the club this summer, leaving the youngster with a tough decision to make about his future.

Arsenal have reportedly decided to up their efforts to sign Barcelona youngster Robert Navarro. Earlier this month, it was suggested that both Arsenal and Manchester City were interested in securing the services of the 15-year-old, who is yet to pen professional terms at Camp Nou.

Arsenal have stepped up their interest in Bordeaux forward Malcom as they plan for life after Alexis Sanchez. The Gunners are one of three Premier League clubs interested in Malcom, with Manchester United Liverpool star Mohamed Salah remains motivated despite Uefa awards snubs.

Whilst Barcelona’s academy is famous for it’s youth development, plenty of current professionals have decided to move on from the Catalan club at a young age and have succeeded elsewhere, so Navarro does have a difficult choice to make.

Dembele wants Barca stay despite interest from Arsenal .
Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele feels that he will stay at the club for a long time despite links with Arsenal, according to the Metro. The French forward joined from Borussia Dortmund last summer for a mouthwatering £112 million, but has struggled to make his mark, with a season full of injuries. He has played just 11 times for the club in the league in his debut season, with injury and form causing a lack of regular game time. Dembele sees his long-term future at the club despite having a frustrating start to life in Spain. Barcelona are set to walk to the La Liga title once again but are looking to bolster their squad after suffering a shock Champions League exit to Roma last week. Dembele excelled at Dortmund but has found it tough to make much of an impact at Barcelona, despite scoring a crucial goal against Chelsea in the Champions League. The youngster spoke about the situation: “I’m not going to leave after just one season.” “I signed a five-year contract with Barcelona.” “I’ll be here for a long time. I’m not at the top of my game right now. Little by little, I will return to my best.” “ I’m working on my cardio, because I get tired very quickly.
