The Buccaneers quarterback was accused of groping an Uber driver in 2016 when she arrived to pick him up, something Winston denies. The NFL reportedly began an investigation, but Winston said he has no idea how the investigation is going.

“Well, I know the NFL has a process they have to go through and I respect that process,” Winston said, via the Tampa Bay Times. “That’s not my job to speculate on that process. My focus has been with this organization, getting the guys back in here and focusing on what we can do to be a better team this offseason.”

China lays out self-driving rules in global race: China Daily

China lays out self-driving rules in global race: China Daily China has laid out national guidelines for testing self-driving cars as it looks to keep pace with the United States in a global race to develop autonomous vehicles, the China Daily newspaper reported on Friday. The rules lay out requirements that vehicles must first be tested in non-public zones, that road tests can only be on designated streets and that a qualified person must always sit in the driver's position, ready to take over control.

The process began last November, and Bucs coach Dirk Koetter has expressed his frustration with how slow the league's investigation has been. Since Winston hasn't been interviewed, he has no idea if/when he will be punished and possibly suspended by the NFL.

However, Winston said he is grateful for the support the Buccaneers have shown him, especially Koetter and team owner Joel Glazer.

“It meant a lot to me because I know my work ethic for this organization, for this team is unparalleled,” Winston said. “You know, every day I walk in this building, I’m trying to be the best I can possibly be and be the best for this organization so to have support of ownership, it really inspires me to continue to work hard and continue to be the leader that I am.”
