Bale reportedly 'agrees terms' for Tottenham return

Bale reportedly 'agrees terms' for Tottenham return According to Spanish reports, as per the Express, Gareth Bale has reached an agreement to return to former club Tottenham Hotspur after five years at European giants Real Madrid. The Welshman has reportedly been the perpetual target for Manchester United for a number of seasons now. However, Don Balon claims that Bale is aware his time in the Spanish capital is running out – and has already agreed to a return to North London. Real Madrid broke the global transfer record to sign Bale from Spurs for £85.3 million in 2013 and the attacker has won three Champions Leagues, three Club World Cups, three UEFA Super Cups, one Copa del Rey and one La Liga title during his time. He has been met with limited playing time this season, however, partly due to injuries and partly due to boss Zinedine Zidane’s preferred option of Isco on the right wing. With 22 goals in 39 appearances, Bale is a player in demand and if Spurs truly have already reached an agreement, then Daniel Levy will have found the blockbuster signing to excite the fans ahead of their move to a new stadium.

Reports from France have indicated that Real Madrid reached an agreement in principle to sign Sadio Mane from Liverpool this summer prior to Zinedine Zidane’s departure.

It’s claimed by France Football that the Senegalese winger had been lined up as Real Madrid’s first marquee signing for the summer as president Florentino Perez looks to bolster his side.

However, a deal has seemingly been thrown into doubt after it was confirmed last week that Zidane was stepping down from his role as Real’s manager.

It’s claimed in the somewhat speculative report that Mane remains keen to become a Real Madrid player someday and that he is open to joining the club this summer.

Salah, Mane, Firmino trio could blow Madrid away, says Redknapp

Salah, Mane, Firmino trio could blow Madrid away, says Redknapp Real Madrid are seeking a third consecutive Champions League crown, but two ex-Liverpool stars have talked up the Reds' hopes of glory.Liverpool have the firepower to 'blow Real Madrid away' in Saturday's Champions League final, according to ex-Anfield star Jamie Redknapp.

Although, France Football also reiterate that Real are yet to convince Liverpool to sell one of their prized assets.

The Reds will surely refuse to sanction any sale of Mane this summer given the impressive feats he reached during last season’s success, along with the strong relationships he has formed with Liverpool’s attacking players.
