Liverpool reportedly not interested in Yerry Mina Liverpool are reportedly not interested in signing Colombian centre back Yerry Mina, despite suggestions they would seek to bring in the World Cup star in the transfer window. Twitter: I understand Liverpool are not interested in Yerry Mina. But Everton are and could make a loan offer for the giant… https://t.co/SqhXq4eeyG (@MirrorAnderson) Representing Colombia at the World Cup, Mina made a name for himself by scoring three goals. All from corners, a 92nd minute equaliser against England came close to sending his nation through to the quarter-finals, but his side came up short on penalties. In spite of initial rumours that Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp was interested in acquiring the 6 ft 5 in colossus this summer, David Anderson claims the club have no such intrigue. Mina has a release clause of €100 million supposedly inserted into his contract at the Nou Camp, and any move away from Catalunya poses to be a loan, as the club continue to evaluate his worth.

Agent confirms defender has offers from both Everton and Liverpool .
Everton have made an offer to sign Domagoj Vida from Besiktas this summer, according to his agent. Liverpool have already rubbished reports linking them with a move for the 29-year-old earlier in the week, but Avadan is adamant that both Merseyside clubs have put offers on the table. As reported by SB Nation, Ugur Avadan said: “Liverpool and Everton are huge clubs that have made offers. Barcelona scouted Vida and had him on their shortlist but I do not see a move there happening. Atletico Madrid and Sevilla are also interested from Spain.” Vida was one of the stars of Croatia’s run to the World Cup final and alongside Liverpool’s Dejan Lovren, he helped the Croats form a solid defensive base, allowing their more creative players to flourish. Besiktas are now hoping to cash in on the player following his impressive performances in Russia. Everton are in the market for a central defender this summer and have also been heavily linked with a move for Barcelona’s Yerry Mina.
