Celtics guard Marcus Smart is garnering interest from multiple teams, according to the Boston Globe. Smart is a restricted free agent whom the Celtics The 24-year-old told reporters Monday he has no idea where contract negotiations stand with Boston. “I have no clue," he said, via the Boston Globe.

Marcus Smart hasn't reached a new deal with the Celtics a couple weeks into free agency, but there might be a reason behind that since talks between the two sides have reportedly been slow.

According to Yahoo Sports Insider Jordan Shultz, citing unidentified sources, Smart has been "unresponsive" to Boston's efforts to reach out as the Celtics have had "zero communication or contact with Smart." The report adds that Smart is "insulted by what he feels is a lack of respect by front office."

Yahoo Sports reports that Smart has garnered interest from the Grizzlies and Nets and has already met with Brooklyn. NBC Sports reported Monday that the Kings are also preparing an offer sheet.

Smart, 24, entered this offseason as a restricted free agent after spending four seasons with the Celtics. The Boston Herald reported last week that Smart was hurt and frustrated that Boston general manager Danny Ainge had not reached out to him to discuss a multi-year deal.

Marcus Smart may be heading back to the Celtics for at least one more season. Smart is reportedly frustrated the Celtics haven’t offered him a long-term contract . He will become an unrestricted free agent after 2018-19 if he accepts the qualifying offer.
