Everton star seals transfer away from the club Midfielder Davy Klaassen has completed a move from Everton to Bundesliga side Werder Bremen. In Bremen sagt man MOIN!

Everton had previously had a £20m bid for the former Southampton midfielder rejected earlier this month but they have finally met United’s valuation of the Frenchman and a deal is now expected to be completed in the next 48 hours.

The Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte, is also a huge admirer of the powerful midfielder and club officials have been discussing whether to launch a formal bid for several weeks, having indicated they would be willing to pay €25m (£21m) at the end of December.

Everton have reportedly had a big-money offer for Watford star Abdoulaye Doucoure rejected.

According to claims from French news outlet RMC Sport, the Toffees made a bid worth €25 million along with €5m in additional bonuses for the powerful midfielder, but have seen their efforts rebuffed.

Docuoure enjoyed a hugely impressive season at Vicarage Road and was one of the Hornets’ standout performers.

He was a mainstay under Marco Silva before he was dismissed at the club and according to recent reports, the new Everton boss would love to reunite with Doucoure on Merseyside.

Klaassen set for Bundesliga switch

Klaassen set for Bundesliga switch Davy Klaassen is set to end his time at Everton with a move to Werder Bremen imminent, according to the Liverpool Echo. The midfielder has been given permission to miss the friendly with Blackburn Rovers to discuss terms with the Bundesliga side, with the Dutchman set to leave Everton after only one season. Klaassen joined Everton last season from Ajax in a deal worth over £23 million. The Dutchman failed to make an impact during his first season at the Toffees, only making sixteen appearances for the Blues. Bremen are lining up a four year deal for Klaassen, with the German side keen to bring the midfielder to the Bundesliga. The fee for the deal is not yet known. However, it is expected to surpass the €8.2 million that Bremen paid for Marko Marin in 2009. Klaassen came close to leaving Goodison Park on loan in January. However, a deal with Napoli collapsed before the deadline.

Everton have failed with an improved bid for Werder Bremen midfielder Thomas Delaney, according to the Liverpool Echo. Manchester Giants Prepare to Battle Over French Sensation as PSG Face Financial Fair Play Nightmare.

EVERTON have been left frustrated again in their attempts to land Werder Bremen star Thomas Delaney after having an improved £8million bid rejected. The deal allowed the midfielder to stay in Denmark until this month, but Koeman pushed for a deal to be concluded before Delaney made is

The 25-year-old is well-loved by Watford fans and following such a promising breakthrough season in the Premier League, it seems Everton were willing to break the bank to land him this summer.

However, it’s believed by RMC Sport that Doucoure remains keen to prove himself in the top-flight of English football on a consistent basis, with the player open to staying put with Watford in the short-term.

French giants line up swoop for Everton goalkeeper .
Lille are considering making an offer to Everton for backup goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg, according to a report from France Football. The 35-year-old joined Everton in 2016 but the arrival of Jordan Pickford last summer means he has very little chance of earning a starting role at Goodison Park in the near future. Lille are looking for a backup goalkeeper of their own as they look for somebody to act as a number two behind their first-choice shot-stopper Mike Maignan and they are considering making a move for Stekelenburg. Whether Everton would be willing to let the former Dutch international leave at this moment in time remains to be seen as they’ve already let Joel Robles leave to sign for Real Betis. However, if the Blues can find another backup, perhaps one who’ll be on a smaller salary then Stekelenburg, then they will likely allow him to leave, should he decide that he fancies making a move to France.
