The 36-year-old guard has been contemplating retirement this offseason. Wade said he has yet to make a decision about his future, even though NBA training camps are set to begin this month.

"I wish I had an answer for you. I don't have it today," Wade told the Sun-Sentinel on Thursday. "Whichever day the decision comes, it comes. And that's the right day, whatever date that is."

Wade spent the first 13 seasons of his career with the Heat, winning three championships. He played for the Bulls in 2016 and signed a one-year, $2.3 million contract with the Cavaliers last September.

The 15-year veteran has said throughout the summer he’ll only play for Miami if he returns in 2018-19.

"I think I've been very open and honest to my loved ones and to everybody when I spoke about some of the process,” Wade said. “I always said that when I got traded back to Miami, that was it for me. I said it in the first interview and I don't want to pack my bags to go nowhere. … If I'm not wearing a Miami Heat jersey next year, I'll be wearing it under one of my sweaters or jackets."

The Heat fell to the 76ers in the first round of the 2017-18 playoffs. Wade averaged 16.6 points in that series.

Arnautovic unsure on the extent of his knee injury .
West Ham star Marko Arnautovic has been left unsure with regards to the extent of the knee injury he sustained in Sunday’s 3-1 win against Everton. Arnautovic spoke to Sky Sports after turning in a standout display at Goodison Park and delivered an update on his condition after he was forced off in the second half. West Ham clinched their first three points of the season on Merseyside and had Arnautovic to thank for leading the line in an exceptional manner. The Austrian forward put Andriy Yarmolenko’s opening goal on a plate before the Ukrainian netted a fine second. Arnautovic proceeded to seal the win for West Ham in the second half as he tucked home the third of the afternoon. Hammers star Arnautovic was coy when discussing the extent of his injury but was quick to point out that the knock was sustained behind his knee, not in his calf muscle. “I don’t know. We have to check now, it’s not my calf, it’s behind my knee. It is hurting a little bit. We are checking this week how it is going and we will see.
