It's the holiday season, and Russell Westbrook continues to be in a very giving mood.

Following the Thunder's come-from-behind 114-112 victory over the Nets on Wednesday night, The Brodie was once again feeling charitable, giving away his game-worn sneakers to a young Thunder fan in attendance.

This marks at least the third such instance in the last week where Westbrook has given away his sneakers post-game. He did so following a road win over the Pistons in Detroit on Monday.

And then, before that, after the Thunder beat the Cavaliers in Oklahoma City on Nov. 28.

Westbrook told reporters last week it's a blessing for him to have his own shoe to give away.

"I just take it all in ... I don't take it for granted one bit, the impact that us as players and myself have on people all across the world," Westbrook said. "To be able to do that, whether it's a high five, shoes, autograph, whatever it is, to have that impact it's a blessing, and my job is to be able use that and impact others."

Westbrook also mentioned being able to attend only one NBA game while growing up, but now that he has the platform, he wants to give away as many shoes as he can.
