It is claimed by the Evening Standard that the young forward could leave Anfield on loan when the transfer window opens, with a host of Premier League clubs monitoring his situation. The 21-year-old has been deprived of regular opportunities in the Reds’ first-team this season and could seek pastures new on a temporary basis. Solanke has not made a single competitive appearance under Jurgen Klopp this season, with the likes of Daniel Sturridge and Divock Origi preferred as attacking deputies to Roberto Firmino. Rangers have been linked with a swoop to sign the England Under-21 international in recent times, with manager Steven Gerrard a known admirer of the striker’s talents. However, it seems Palace will provide competition in the race for Solanke’s signature as Roy Hodgson looks to remedy his side’s struggle for goals in the Premier League this season.

West Ham are considering a swoop for Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson this month. According to The Daily Mail, via The BBC, West Ham will look to sign Wilson if Marko Arnautovic departs for China.
