Chelsea players are ready to take matters into their own hands if Maurizio Sarri remains in charge at Stamford Bridge.

According to Spanish outlet AS, a number of the club’s high-profile players have already started to speak with their respective agents and representatives to engineer moves away, if the Italian stays in charge.

The report suggests that Sarri has now well and truly lost the Chelsea dressing room after their 6-0 mauling against Manchester City.

Chelsea are yet to make a decision on Sarri, but should the club stand by and support him through the summer and beyond, they could see a number of key first-team players move on during the next transfer window.

Sarri singles out Hazard in the wake of Bournemouth defeat.
Maurizio Sarri reportedly singled out Eden Hazard during his post mortem of the defeat against Bournemouth. The Telegraph report that the Belgian faced the brunt of Sarri’s criticism, with the Italian head coach locking himself and the players inside the changing rooms for an hour after the game. It was reported that the players and Sarri held talks after the game, with the former Napoli boss frustrated with the team’s understanding of his demands. Among that, it is claimed that Sarri was particularly unimpressed with Hazard, who he believed was not following his tactical instructions.
