Tottenham Hotspur will be forced to let Toby Alderweireld leave the club for just £26m this summer.

That’s according to The Mirror, who write that a clause in Alderweireld’s contract allows the move in the last two weeks of the upcoming window.

The 30-year-old joined the club from Atletico Madrid in 2015 for a deal believed to be worth £11.5m, signing a five-year contract at the time.

He has since gone on to make 109 Premier League appearances for the North London outfit, with 27 of those coming this campaign.
