Dallas Stars center Jason Dickinson was baptized into the NHL postseason Wednesday night with a shoulder to the face from Nashville Predators forward Brian Boyle.

The 6-6 245-pound Boyle popped the unsuspecting Dickinson as he turned the corner along the boards halfway through the first period.
