Celtic loanee Maryan Shved confident of breakthrough next season

Celtic loanee Maryan Shved confident of breakthrough next season Celtic’s Maryan Shved believes he will be ready to compete for first team football next season following his impressive recent run of form while on loan. According to the Daily Record, Shved is confident he will be able to make the step up after being signed by former boss Brendan Rodgers in January and immediately loaned back to Ukranian outfit Karpaty Lviv. The winger has been in fine form this season, scoring 14 goals in 22 appearances in all competitions, including five in his last three games. And Shved believes his ability to find the back of the net has improved his game, giving the 21-year-old confidence ahead of his move to Parkhead this summer.

Chelsea flop was shipped out to the Serie A giants to revive his career, but it's started badly as Gattuso blasted him after his second-half nightmare at Napoli. AC MILAN boss Gennaro Gattuso has blasted Chelsea loanee Tiemoue Bakayoko after his debut in Saturday’s defeat to Napoli.

What started as light-hearted banter on social media turned into a real storm for Chelsea loanee Tiemoue Bakayoko as the AC Milan ace apologised to Francesco Acerbi. It began after Lazio defender Acerbi suggested that his side had the stronger squad compared to Milan’s, with the two Italian giants

Chelsea loanee Tiemoue Bakayoko has found himself in hot water over in Milan this weekend.

As reported by Calcio Mercato, the Frenchman has been caught up in a social media debacle following his behaviour after Milan’s victory against Lazio.

Defender Francesco Acerbi had been involved in a running spat with a number of Milan players before the game and in a bid to put an end to the matter, Bakayoko offered to swap shirts with Acerbi after the full-time whistle as a peace offering, at least that’s what it looked like he was doing.

Instead, the midfielder and Ivorian Franck Kessie held it up towards the Milan fans like a trophy, gloating after Milan’s victory.

The act has led to backlash in Italy towards the pair, who have since apologised to Acerbi. Gennaro Gattuso, a manager who has publically voiced his displeasure about social media in the past, has also criticised his players.

Racist abuse could halt Bakayoko's permanent Milan move.
Tiemoue Bakayoko’s permanent move to Milan in the summer has been thrown into doubt following the racist abuse the player has suffered in recent weeks. Reports in Italy claim that the player could think twice about joining the San Siro outfit this summer. Videos have been circulating around social media that show Lazio fans singing racists chants about the French midfielder both during and after games. Bakayoko has impressed in Italy this season and a result, Milan had been expected to push for a permanent deal this summer. After a shaky start at Milan, he has rediscovered some of his best form after a tough season in London.
