Celta Vigo’s option to buy clause in their deal for Sofiane Boufal is priced at €15 million, according to Marca.

The La Liga outfit completed a season-long loan move for the Southampton winger during the last summer transfer window, with the Moroccan not figuring in Mark Hughes’s plans at the club.

Boufal struggled in his first two seasons at St Mary’s Stadium and was involved in a dressing room bust-up with the former Saints boss during the team’s 3-2 defeat against Chelsea in the Premier League last term.

The former LOSC Lille star has hardly enjoyed a strong season in Spain, either, and has been a part of Celta’s underperforming team who are fighting for their lives down at the bottom of La Liga.

Real ready to offload Liverpool-linked Isco

Real ready to offload Liverpool-linked Isco Isco has been linked with a move to Anfield for some time now, and it seems as though the move could become a reality this summer. Real Madrid are preparing for a fire-sale once the transfer window opens, as they look to rebuild their squad in the aftermath of their worst season in history. 15 defeats, three managers, and no silverware has conspired to create the perfect storm at the Santiago Bernabeu, and a trio of unwanted stars are set to leave the Spanish capital. A report from the Daily Mail claims Toni Kroos and Gareth Bale have been deemed to be surplus to requirements by Zinedine Zidane, but it’s the decision to let Isco walk that will be of most interest to Reds fans.

Celta de Vigo might be smaller than they other clubs on the list, but they’re no less smart. Lobotka spent the summer window constantly associated with incredibly lucrative moves to the Premier League after just one season of showing his immense press-resistance as a deep-midfielder in Spain.

Bournemouth have agreed a deal to sign Liverpool full-back Nathaniel Clyne on loan until the end of the season. Liverpool have completed a deal worth an initial £40 million to sign Fabinho from Monaco. Sofiane Boufal (loan, Celta Vigo ). Dusan Tadic ( € 11.4m, Ajax). When the deal for Boufal was announced, it was claimed that the Spanish side would have the option to make the winger’s stay permanent should he impress enough on loan.

No figure was disclosed, but it seems now that Celta will be forced to spend a sizable sum on the player.

Marca reports that the La Liga strugglers are reluctant to spend the €15 million fee on Boufal at the end of the season, and a lower price would need to be negotiated.

How West Ham could line up for the 2019/20 season.
West Ham United look set to narrowly miss out on a top-half finish in Manuel Pellegrini’s first season in charge, but the Hammers already have more points than in last term with three games to spare. There has been a clear improvement since August but with visible flaws still lingering in the squad, West Ham are set to re-enter the transfer market this summer for reinforcements. The club has been mainly linked with full-backs, centre-midfielders and strikers as we approach the close season and it’s understandable why.Now 34, Pablo Zabaleta is nearing the end of his playing career while Ryan Fredericks hasn’t looked the finished article since his move from Fulham.
