Liverpool and Palace in talks over £25m Clyne and Mignolet deal.
Crystal Palace have reportedly begun talks with Liverpool over a potential deal for Nathaniel Clyne and Simon Mignolet, according to Football Insider. The report claims that the Eagles, who had an £8m offer for Mignolet turned down recently, are willing to pay £25m for the pair, who are both out of favour under Jurgen Klopp. Both players have been tipped for a Merseyside exit this summer, however, the Reds are reportedly holding back on parting ways with second-choice keeper Mignolet. Klopp is thought to be a big admirer of the Belgian’s professionalism behind the scenes at Anfield and would only sell if a deal is right.
