Leicester City have expressed interest in Inter Milan attacker Ivan Perisic . TMW says Leicester have made an approach to Inter for the Croatia international . The move was made in the same week as Manchester United turned down the chance to take Perisic as part of a swap for Romelu Lukaku.

According to claims over in Italy, cited by the Birmingham Mail, Leicester are one of three sides who have made a bid for Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic.

The Croatian international featured 34 times for Inter last season, scoring eight goals and providing three assists.

The winger joined Inter back in 2015 and has racked up over 150 appearances for the Italian giants but has always had links to the Premier League.

The 30-year-old has also had a successful international career, helping Croatia to the World Cup final last year, only to fall short to eventual winners France.

The winger will be much known for breaking the heart of England fans as he helped Croatia get a 2-1 win over the Three Lions in the semi-final.

Wolves and Arsenal are the two other sides who have reportedly put an offer in for the player who is under contract at the San Siro for another three years.

Perhaps Arsenal and Wolves are more likely to sign the in-demand wide man due to the two sides making Europe last season.
