According to Spanish outlet AS, cited by the Daily Mirror, the Gunners have entered the race along with Spurs for the talented youngster.

There’s no doubting Ceballos’ talent, however, the same was said about Denis Suarez, who endured a frustrating loan spell at the Emirates last season.
Emery may well be better off looking to bring in alternative options, with highly-rated youngsters Benjamin Bourigeaud and Dominik Szoboszlai both linked with a move to London this summer.
Arsenal also need to add to their options at the back ahead of the new campaign, so spending £45m on a player like Ceballos could prove to be too risky for Emery’s liking.
Vazquez could join Arsenal - would signing him make sense?.
Lucas Vazquez would be an exciting addition to Arsenal’s attacking unit, should he decide to join the Gunners. According to ABC, the winger will make a decision regarding his future by Tuesday. Vazquez is looking to leave Real Madrid this summer, in order to gain regular first team football elsewhere. Unai Emery is believed to be a big admirer of he 28-year-old, as he looks to add a wide man to his squad. Arsenal have been linked with a host of names, including Wilfried Zaha and Ryan Fraser, but Vazquez would arguably be the ideal signing.
