Fulham set to make £5m Besic offer - should Everton sell?

Fulham set to make £5m Besic offer - should Everton sell? Fulham are set to make a £5m offer for Everton central midfielder Mo Besic – but should the Blues sell him? According to TeamTalk, Everton have set a £5m price tag on Besic and Fulham are willing to meet it. The report claims that clubs from the Serie A, Ligue 1 and Bundesliga are all interested in him, but Besic wants to stay in England would prefer a move to Fulham. Should Everton sell Besic, though? The 26-year-old has spent the last season-and-a-half on loan to Middlesbrough in the Championship, where he has impressed in midfield. With Idrissa Gana Gueye constantly being linked with a move away from the club, would Besic be the worst option to keep around? No.

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly submitted a new offer in a bid to sign Everton midfielder Idrissa Gana Gueye, but should the club accept it?

The French champions pursued the Senegal international midfielder during the January transfer window, and despite the 29-year old wanting out, the Toffees stood firm in their stance that the midfielder was too important to sell.

Now L’Equipe, as reported by GFFN, claim that PSG have returned in another attempt to sign the enforcer, citing an offer of £27million.

Negotiations are expected to continue in the coming days, which could potentially suggest that Everton didn’t reject the offer out of hand. Is this a good thing?

Everton interested in Ndiaye - but would it be a smart signing?

Everton interested in Ndiaye - but would it be a smart signing? Everton are reportedly interested in Stoke City’s Badou Ndiaye – but would the Senegalese midfielder be a smart signing? According to Turkish outlet Fanatik, cited by Sports Witness, the Toffees are keen on a move for the 28-year-old, who spent the previous season on loan with Galatasaray. The Turkish giants are thought to be interested in bringing the player back this summer, with Ligue 1 outfit Lille also keen on the Senegal international. Ndiaye could well play alongside fellow countryman Idrissa Gueye if a move is completed, however, the midfielder could be seen as a replacement for Gueye, who is expected to be of interest to Paris Saint-Germain once more this summe

Regarding whether or not Everton should sell Gana this summer all depends on how well the club expect to do in the transfer window. At 29, Marcel Brands will likely be keen to replace Gana with a younger alternative, although his presence is such that it will difficult to replace him.

Gana has been such an important player at Goodison Park over the past few seasons, and it would be tough to find a replacement for a modest fee, although the club could find it difficult to turn down the potential for such a high return on investment.

Bought for just £7.1million, PSG’s offer is almost quadruple that initial investment, which given his age could be too good to turn down. It would be a shame to see him depart though, and it remains to be seen who could be brought in, or whether players like James McCarthy and Muhamed Besic can step up.

Everton preparing Zamani offer - but should the Toffees be looking elsewhere?.
Everton are preparing a bid for Manchester United and Leicester City target Hossein Zamani – but should the Toffees be looking elsewhere for attacking reinforcements? According to Football Insider, Everton director of football Marcel Brands is preparing a move for the 16-year-old, who is currently on the books of Ajax, with the teenager keen on a summer move to England. Zamani has been linked with the Red Devis and the Foxes, however, neither side are thought to be preparing a bid, which leaves the Toffees as favourites for the Dutchman’s services at this moment in time.
