Unai Emery has stated he is unfazed by Arsenal's mediocre form in the past month, but says he does 'feel responsible' for the Gunners' position in the table. 

Arsenal travel to play Leicester on Saturday evening, with the Foxes currently six points above them in the league table in fourth position. 

Emery's side allowed another lead to slip in midweek, drawing 1-1 at Vitoria SC in the Europa League, but the Arsenal boss is calm about his own position this season, clarifying his views in an interview with Sky Sports.

'I have explained many times that I don't feel pressure,' said Emery. 

'Pressure is just what people talk about. I am demanding of myself and I feel responsible. 

'When I speak to the club, they always transmit calm to me, which I try to transmit to the players and to the fans, knowing that we have an important objective this season.'

Since a 1-0 win against Bournemouth at the Emirates on October 6, Arsenal have lost at Sheffield United, and blown leads at home to Crystal Palace and Wolves - they also lost on penalties to Liverpool in the Carabao Cup.

'We are privileged in our position at Arsenal that we have a lot of fans who support us and also methods of communication that put us in contact with them,' Emery spoke in reference to the Arsenal fanbase. 

'When you win, they are happy and they applaud. When you lose, they protest. But this happens at all the teams I have been at. 

'Last year we had a good season, reaching the final of the Europa League and getting to the final weeks of the season with a chance of finishing in the top four, which is the objective, to get into the Champions League - this year is another step.'

Unai Emery has suffered a blow to his hopes of turning Arsenal's form around, learning he will be without Dani Ceballos for the next month.The Spain playmaker sustained the problem during the 1-1 Europa League draw at Vitoria SC at the start of this month.
