MONTMELO, Spain (AP) Reserve Alfa Romeo driver Robert Kubica was fastest as Formula One preseason testing resumed Wednesday at the Barcelona-Catalunya Circuit.

The defending champion was fourth-fastest, while Bottas finished ninth after 90 laps in the afternoon.

''It's been a good session and a good start to the second week of testing,'' Hamilton said. ''The car didn't quite feel as good as the first week, but I'm sure that will change as the test progresses and the track conditions improve.''
