At the Théâtre de Guignol in Lyon, each new show offers young spectators incredible adventures. Gnafron, solo dad, tells the story of Guignol's best friend who ends up with a baby. A show where everything that makes the tradition of the Guignol de Lyon is respected with chases and strokes with the stick.

A single dad, a kidnapped baby, in this new show by Guignol, the famous Lyon puppet is subject to many current affairs.

Laurence Besson signs here her first staging of puppet theater. A completely different approach to the scene. "It is a work especially based on the image and the rhythm, it makes one think of the commedia dell'arte, it is very effective", she explains. Behind the castelet, the puppeteers interpret their score and sometimes chain up to seven different characters. "We do the voices, and the manipulations, it's all a skill," says actress Flore Goubeau.
