Télé-Loisirs : Is this elimination a surprise for you?
Arthur: I was kinda expecting that. During this last show, I faced a candidate that I had already seen in the daily (Sébastien, NDLR) . I remember he had really hit the mark. When it came to everyday life, I had already started my journey in the Grand Slam . When I saw him, I said to myself, " it's funny, I have the impression that he's going to dethrone me. How do you cope with this defeat?
This departure is more of a relief than anything else, because I achieved all my goals. I had no more pressure at all, especially that of having to make myself available for all the shoots. Casually, it can be problematic: a shoot had almost fallen during another very important event that I had with. It would have embarrassed me. I told myself at that point that I wouldn't need to think about all of this anymore.
What will you do with your earnings?
I am going to renew my musical equipment (my speakers, my synth…). And with the rest, I will surely buy myself an apartment. But within two to three years.
