When you're being described as a crackpot by Allan McGregor then you must be doing something a bit mad.

As well as his incredible goalkeeping skills, McGregor is also known for losing it a bit - particularly with referees.

His own defenders get an ear bashing every game and must go home with banging headaches from being shouted at by the former Scotland goalkeeper.

And now Rangers No. 1 has now branded Ryan Kent as a crackpot during a Q&A with UEFA's YouTube channel.

McGregor seemed to enjoy getting to judge his pals in the Rangers team but there was a special mention for the flying winger.

The question asked who in the team would be most likely to do a a bungee jump and McGregor said: "Kenty (Ryan Kent). He’s a bit of a crackpot, so him."

McGregor is a key player in the Rangers team and has been involved at Ibrox for most of his life, and he reckons he would be the best as a fan in the stands supporting the players.

The veteran also had a few words for Ryan Jack as he hinted that the former Aberdeen captain was tight on a night out, and also suggested a new job for Alfredo Morelos.

But in pointing out that the signing of Henrik Larsson from Feyenoord at the start of that season was undeniably the key to Celtic’s ultimate success in an historic and closely contested title race, there is also the considerable benefit of hindsight.
