Allen secured a masterclass with "top-class" gem rated 10x more than Rangers paid - opinion
Alfredo Morelos was signed for just over £1 million at Rangers and is now worth 10 times that, which represents a masterclass from Mark Allen. The striker was signed from HJK Helsinki in the summer of 2017, with Transfermarkt suggesting that the Ibrox outfit paid just £1.08m for his services, which has obviously turned into an excellent deal from both a financial and a footballing point of view.
Police had to investigate online abuse aimed at him last month and, two years ago, Aberdeen fans unfurled a banner at Pittodrie which had the phrase 'Your mother is a mattress' scrawled out in Spanish.
Spurs star Sanchez - an international teammate of Morelos - revealed he had been sent 'disgusting racist abuse' on social media which was condemned by the London club.
And, in an interview in Colombia's Win Sports channel, Morelos revealed he had reached out to Sanchez.
He said: "They involved my mother, they made me banners in the stands, they did everything to me.
"Racism is something very ugly. I sent a message to Davinson."
But Morelos, who was the Premiership Player of the Month for March admitted he's loving life at Rangers, after they clinched the title.
