(27:38) “He looked like a very, very promising signing, but it’s almost like Carlo has got him there just in case.

“Therefore, he’s just sitting there kicking his heels on the bench and coming on at [those most difficult periods] of games like for the last quarter of an hour when you’ve got to try and make an impact as best you can.

But the scientists say that this solution doesn ’ t add up: no more than a fifth of the population has been exposed to Covid, and so everyone else should be fertile ground for the flu. But if they are wrong, and Covid is actually far more widespread than the scientists think, ‘virus crowding’ could be contributing to flu’s downfall.

Никита, I really enjoyed reading your sweet essay. However I'd like to point out one bitter-sweet thing in your first paragraph - I think in the second part of the first sentence the inversion is not needed. Another corroboration is the heroism of Joseph Stalin when fascists had nearly conquered Moscow. Not only did he stay with Moscow citizens, but also held a parade to introduce himself as a responsible ruler and a strong man. All in all, I justifiably claim that true identity, nevertheless, adverse side of a person is actually noticed in the moments of emotional arguments and objections.

This seems like a shame, and given that his contract is up at the end of the season, we can’t see him extending his stay at Goodison beyond the end of his contract, and we hope that another Premier League club pick him up.
